A HUGE thank you to Matt at The I.T. Dept for providing excellent support to me today. I discovered my email account had been hacked and the hacker had sent my clients emails requesting invoices be paid to a completely different bank account. Cue much panic! However Matt was able to remotely check through various settings, security reports etc and understand what had been hacked and how. He advised me on the steps to take to improve my online security.
