A HUGE thank you to Matt at The I.T. Dept for providing excellent support to me today. I discovered my email account had been hacked and the hacker had sent my clients emails requesting invoices be paid to a completely different bank account. Cue much panic! However Matt was able to remotely check through various settings, security reports etc and understand what had been hacked and how. He advised me on the steps to take to improve my online security. Moving over to a new IT provider has never been easier when using The IT Dept. From start to finish it has been hassle-free with the excellent communication and support from all the team. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and any questions or issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. All the staff are helpful, and you never feel like you are asking a silly question (how refreshing!) Their ability to determine exactly what you need and suggest options that are both beneficial and cost effective is also vital in this current climate. I certainly would not have any hesitation to recommend.
The IT Dept have provided our technical support for a considerable number of years and we would not be without them! Staff can regularly be found discussing issues and solutions with Matt & his staff during their visits, a process which allows them to learn and hopefully resolve their own issues, rather than just having things ‘fixed’.
The IT Dept are quick to support – either on site or remotely. Without the IT Dept, it would be difficult to stay afloat with the updates required to our network and server but, as a school, we are always confident that this is well cared for.
